We focus in four key areas:
Custom, customized, and packaged software
We develop complete business software solutions. We customize previously-developed solutions to fit new clients’ needs. And we provide packaged software products, configured and installed to fit the client’s business environment.
Software product selection to meet client needs
There is a vast array of business software available in the market to fit the needs of organizations in every industry. But it can be a daunting task to find and qualify the right products from that vast array. With our wide industry and application expertise, we are able to help clients identify and evaluate the “top 5” candidate products and make the best business decision among them.
Software project management
We have many years of experience managing software projects, and much of that experience is in managing geographically-distributed projects. We help clients in two ways.
US clients need us to help them manage outsourced development work, taking care of all of the complexities of project tracking, communication, cultural differences, time zones, currency exchange, and language gaps.
Thai clients benefit from our helping them implement effective software development processes, taking advantages of best practices such as CMMI, and – at the same time – not letting process bureaucracy overwhelm the real work. In this, we benefit from some first-hand experience with LEAN.
Business consulting to software companies and government agencies
We help senior management of software companies and government agencies in Thailand improve their business processes and their ability to market and sell software services and products. We work closely with Software Park Thailand, a quasi-government agency focused on nurturing the growth of the Thai software industry. Our CEO, Doug MacLean, is International Advisor to the Director of Software Park Thailand. |
